Fry gnocchi: Reduce heat to medium-low and add the gnocchi. Pan fry gently, stirring a few times in between, to make sure that they get golden and crispy on both sides. They should remain fluffy on the inside, so don’t overcook them.
Serve fried gnocchi: Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
