– Cooked or uncooked spaghetti – Tomato sauce (Note 2) – Tomato paste – Oregano – Parmesan – Mozzarella – Parsley or other herbs – Fine sea salt or Kosher – Black pepper
Use leftover pasta or cook dry pasta al dente. Drain well. On the recipe page, there are more tips and notes!
Heat a large skillet. Add pasta, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and oregano. Stir well to coat the spaghetti with the sauce. Heat well, especially if the pasta was cold.
