A Recipe for Blondie Brownies

Not any recipe, but a quick and easy blondie brownies recipe. With chocolate chips! 😋

There are two main types of brownies: blondies and brownies. Blondies are made with vanilla and brownies are made with cocoa powder.

They both use the same basic ingredients, and depending on the recipe both types use chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, and sometimes raisins


– Unsalted butter – Brown sugar – Pure vanilla extract – Eggs – All-purpose flour – Fine sea salt – Chocolate chips – Chopped walnuts


Prepare: Preheat the oven. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

Batter: Melt the butter in a small saucepan or place it in a stirring bowl and melt it in the microwave. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk in the egg. Add flour and salt, combine. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts with a spoon.

Bake: Transfer the batter to the prepared tin. Bake until lightly brown around the edges but still slightly under cooked in the middle. Let cool in the pan.
