Whip up a tasty Mexican tuna salad in no time! Packed with bold flavors and simple ingredients, serve as a sandwich or with tortilla chips, avocado, and lettuce.


– Tuna in water – Corn – Kidney beans – Onions – Celery – Green peppers – Pickled jalapenos – Cilantro – Limes – Mayonnaise – Granulated sugar – Fine sea salt or Kosher

Finely chop the onion, celery, bell pepper, jalapenos, and cilantro. Add them to the bowl.


Combine tuna salad: Add the mayonnaise, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine. 

Adjust the taste with more salt, pepper, and lime juice. Refrigerate before serving to allow the flavors to mingle. Stir, taste, and adjust the taste again if required.
