You won't believe how delicious these Hot Lemon Pepper Wings are until you try them yourself! These hot lemon pepper wings are the perfect appetizer, quick snack, or dinner.

The first time I made these wings, I had no idea how much my kids would love them. They were so good, I decided to make them again.  My kids loved them even more than before.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken wings – Olive oil or vegetable/canola oil – Garlic powder – Lemon pepper seasoning – Fine sea salt – Fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges to serve

HOW TO MAKE

Preheat the oven. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place an oven-safe wire rack on top. Brush the rack lightly with oil.

First, I dry the wings well with paper towels. I place them in a bowl, pour the oil on top, and stir well to coat. I mix garlic powder, lemon pepper, and salt in a small bowl.

Season the chicken wings:

Bake the wings for 20 minutes. Flip them with tongs and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Let's Bake!

Rest for about 5 minutes and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve with lemon wedges.
