This Old-Fashioned Baked Mac & Cheese recipe is probably one of the most popular versions of the dish. An easy recipe that makes the most of the simplest ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

– Macaroni – Cheddar – Gruyere cheese – Butter – All-purpose flour  – Full-fat milk – Dijon mustard – Sweet paprika powder – Fine sea salt  or Kosher – Black pepper – Eggs

Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt generously and cook the macaroni for 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Drain well.
