Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/ 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
If using Turkish bread split it in half, lengthwise. No need to split thin Lebanese bread or naan bread.
Smear with pasta or pizza sauce and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Margherita:
Top with sliced mozzarella. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is heated through. Top with fresh basil leaves.
Burrata:
Top with torn burrata. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is heated through. Top with prosciutto crudo slices and rocket leaves.
Salami/pepperoni:
Top with grated cheese and thin salami or pepperoni slices. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is heated through.
Slice the flatbread pizza and serve immediately.
